Drops — Prize-Draw Terms

1. THE PROMOTERThe promoter of every Drop is CC PAY LTD (trading as cha·ching), company number SC832529, registered office 28 Barbieston Road, Dalrymple, Ayr, Scotland, KA6 6DZ. These terms apply to all Drops. The specific prize, entry cost in Ching credits, opening time and draw time for each Drop are shown on that Drop's own page, and any Drop-specific terms shown there apply in addition to these.
2. FREE PRIZE DRAW — NO PURCHASE NECESSARYEach Drop is a free prize draw, not a lottery. You enter by spending Ching credits, and Ching credits can be earned without spending any money — for example by creating an account, the daily check-in, completing your profile, referrals and other free actions we offer from time to time. You never have to buy anything to earn credits or to enter a Drop. Where a Drop names an additional free-entry route on its page, that route is available on equal terms.
3. WHO CAN ENTERDrops are open to registered account holders aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom, except our employees and anyone professionally connected with the Drop. We may ask a winner to verify their age, identity and eligibility before releasing a prize, and may disqualify entries we reasonably believe breach these terms or involve fraud or automated abuse.
4. HOW TO ENTERSign in, open the Drop and confirm your entry. Each entry costs the number of Ching credits stated on the Drop; that amount is deducted from your balance when the entry is recorded. You may enter more than once while the Drop is open, each entry costing the stated credits again; more entries mean more chances to win. Entries close at the draw time shown on the Drop. Credits spent on an entry are not returned if you do not win.
5. HOW THE WINNER IS DRAWNAt or after the stated draw time we draw one winner at random, by secure server-side random selection, from all valid entries received (each entry being a separate chance) — unless the Drop's page states a different number of winners. The draw is final.
6. NOTIFYING & PUBLISHING THE WINNERWe notify the winner by email to the address on their account, normally within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, or cannot meet the eligibility checks, we may draw an alternative winner. We will publish or make available the surname and county of each winner (or confirmation that a winner was drawn) as required by the CAP Code; a winner may ask us to reduce this information or object to publication on legitimate grounds.
7. THE PRIZEThe prize is as described on the Drop's page. There is no cash alternative and prizes are not transferable unless we state otherwise on that Drop. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. We are not responsible for a third-party prize issuer's own terms, and tax on a prize (if any) is the winner's responsibility.
8. VOID & CHANGESWe may void, suspend or amend a Drop if it cannot be run as planned (for example due to fraud, technical failure or matters beyond our control). If we void a Drop before it is drawn, we will refund the Ching credits spent on entries to the entrants' balances. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. DATA & GOVERNING LAWWe process entrant and winner data to run the Drop and award the prize (see our Privacy Policy). These terms are governed by the law of Scotland; UK consumers retain the protections of their home nation. Questions: chaching@ccpay.agency.
