1. WHO WE AREcha·ching is a trading name of CC PAY LTD, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC832529) with its registered office at 28 Barbieston Road, Dalrymple, Ayr, Scotland, KA6 6DZ. These terms govern your use of our websites and your purchases of gift cards, prepaid products, greeting cards and reward services ("products"). By ordering, you agree to them.

2. WHAT WE SELLWe resell third-party gift cards and prepaid products, print and post greeting cards containing redeemable gift codes, and distribute rewards on behalf of business customers. Gift cards and codes are issued by, and redeemable with, the relevant brand and are subject to that issuer's own terms, including any expiry dates stated at purchase.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTPrices are shown before checkout in your selected currency. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment providers (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and card payments processed by Stripe). Business customers may prefund by invoice; invoiced sums are payable per the terms stated on the invoice.

4. DELIVERYDigital codes are delivered to the email address provided and to your account vault, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. Physical greeting cards are printed and posted first class to the recipient address you provide; postage timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Codes inside posted cards activate on delivery.

5. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMERS)Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital codes, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost once the code is delivered. Personalised greeting cards are exempt from cancellation once printing has begun. Cards not yet printed can be cancelled for a full refund — see our refunds policy. Your statutory rights regarding faulty products are unaffected.

6. TREAT CODES LIKE CASHOnce revealed or delivered, a code can be spent by whoever holds it. Keep codes secure and only share claim links with the intended recipient. We are not responsible for loss arising from a code you have shared, published or failed to keep secure.

7. ACCEPTABLE USEYou must not use our products for fraud, money laundering, resale at scale without our written agreement, or to reward conduct that is unlawful. We may refuse, limit or reverse orders and suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse.

8. LIABILITYNothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by the brand issuer's withdrawal or variation of a product, beyond replacement or refund of the affected code.

9. COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAWComplaints: email admin@ccpay.agency — we aim to respond within one working day. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts; consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain the protections and forum rights of their home nation.
